Neugebauer on McCain Proposal

U.S. Rep. Randy Neugebauer gives his thoughts on John McCain's newly announced Homeownership Resurgence Plan, which according to McCain's campaign web site, would "purchase mortgages directly from homeowners and mortgage servicers, and replace them with manageable, fixed-rate mortgages," during a visit to Abilene on Wednesday, Oct. 8, 2008.
