lillian So people have a right not to incriminate themselves? How about the right to use some common sense and keep their drunk butts at home!!! By driving drunk they are not incriminating themselves - they are committing a crime. Being caught, taken to jail, fined and suspension of their license is a result of THEIR crime - not the police.
PMD I am like most in this blog. Your thoughts are the most irrational and insane I have ever seen.
I, for one, am glad the no refusal is being enforced. No excuses. No tolerance. If you want to drink keep your butt at home.

greygoose... If you will read it says the drivers was arrested. Also, the State can revoke their license but many of the idiots still continue to drive and get themselves a free pass to jail. Some people never learn :)~

ranchero - Mark Sims has his own company and I always look him up under Mark Sims. Pretty sure that is how he is advertised. Not sure on the plumber though. :)

franklin - you have a valid point on the concession. I know in other leagues when money is pulled from the concession there are 2 board members present and it is counted and documented. I don't know a lot about AYSA vs BCYFA but there does need to be accountability there. The same questions came up about how the money was "pulled" and accounted for years back when I had a child playing and from what I understand that never changed and the register didn't work back then either. I don't know what the solution will be I just hope it is in the kids best interest no matter what it is.
