Guest chef Tom O'Boyle, from Ireland, center, fills a box to go with his daily special, chicken meat, filled with apple walnut and raisin stuffing, over white rice and red cabbage with raisins, at Hendrick Hospital's new Archway Cafe. The cafe will be open every day, from 6:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. and hopes to attract patrons from the community in addition to hospital staff and visitors.
