Today last day to register for McMurry University Family Weekend

Families of McMurry University students will the opportunity to experience campus life during McMurry University Family Weekend Saturday and Sunday.
Registration will begin at 8:30 a.m. Saturday, followed by a continental breakfast with McMurry faculty and staff and a welcome from McMurry University President Dr. John Russell.
Several McMurry professors will provide McM Lifelong Learning Seminars from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday in the Amy Graves Ryan Fine Arts Center.
Dr. Paul Fabrizio will speak on “The Dynamics of the 2008 Presidential Election,” Dr. John Miller will speak on “Perspectives on New Testament Biblical Studies,” Dr. Joel Brant will speak on “Perspectives in the field of Biology” and Greeley Myers will speak on “The Future of McMurry Moving Towards 2023.”
Families will meet for lunch at noon in the Mabee Dining Hall, and will attend a Spirit Picnic and Tailgate party at 4:30 p.m. before McMurry’s football game against Mary Hardin-Baylor at 6 p.m. in Wilford Moore Stadium. A special reception for football parents will held from 3 to 3:45 p.m. in the Field House lobby.
Families can attend special worship services at 11 a.m. Sunday at Aldersgate United Methodist Church across Sayles Boulevard from campus, or they may worship at local churches with their student.
