More Editorials Texas Senate Districts 24 and 28
Until libertarians give more than lip service to democracy in West Texas and do more than simply field a candidate to provide a choice (as appears to be the case), there is little reason to take them seriously. There is no reason to believe that candidates who are not serious enough to campaign and work to address the issues in a way that broadly informs the voters will provide adequate representation.
On those issues alone, the Reporter-News endorses all incumbents who are running against libertarians in this Nov. 4 election.
