"David in Wisconsin" was probably a HOY member calling to ask an "allowed" question, so that YH could preach a little more of his nonsense.

YH lied when he said the girl that died in childbirth was not a member of the HOY. Her two sisters are the childbrides of two of the HOY elders and her mother (who at the time this all occured was a Texas CPS worker) is the second wife of an elder.

Talk about beating around the bush, YH did a good job of it. If he thought this publicity did his case any benfit, think again.

Or do you have to wait for DNA Tests to be done. I would like to know why CPS has not conducted any raids like the one last month? How long have we all been aware of HOY's existence in the Abilene area? The man is a certifiable lunatic along the same lines as Jim Jones. If Hawkins ordered his followers to commit mass suicide I believe it would happen.

-A true prophet will actually have his predictions come true! (Jer. 28:9)
-Further, a true prophet does NOT give his own personal interpretation of a prophesy! (2 Pet. 1:10)

Cisco: Many people realize things have been getting worse in the world, and you made some valid points. Many people believe also that nuclear war is inevitable..and some who helped create nuclear bombs, gave death bed confessions that they regretted doing so. The point is, however that in YH Nuclear Baby Book, he has an actual graph of a timeframe: part of which says that the SUN WOULD BE DARKENED in 2007!..One cannot give specific dates in the name of who they believe to be their Creator, and then expect to be considered a TRUE WITNESS or TRUE PROPHET, when these dates, and instances DO NOT COME TO PASS, according to Deuteronomy 18. There is NO Scripture that states, that it is OKAY to screw up the dates of your prophecy, as long as you scare the heck out of people to "repent"..If what you prophecy does not come to pass when you say it is going to, then you are not to be feared or followed!..Study some more!

This IS true. The earth IS defiled. Now, notice I spoke something from Scripture, but did not give an exact date when the sun will be darkened, or when a nuclear bomb will demolish 4/5ths of the Earth..

But if I did give a date, and it did not come to pass, then it still does NOT CHANGE what the Scriptures stated..that the earth IS defiled, because the laws have been transgressed,but it would make me a False Prophet for giving a date that did not come to pass.

If I believe the Scripture in Isayah, but deny the one in Deuteronomy, then I am truly not a follower of the Heavenly Father, I am ignoring the rest of the words he left for all of us..

Deuteronomy 18:22: When a prophet speaketh in the name of the Father, if the thing follow not, nor come to pass, that [is] the thing which the Creator hath not spoken, [but] the prophet hath spoken it presumptuously: thou shalt not be afraid of him.
Deuteronomy 18:20: But the prophet, which shall presume to speak a word in my name, which I have not commanded him to speak, or that shall speak in the name of OTHER gods, even that prophet shall die.

I can tell you what to do if you want to help change things around here. Yaaqov is having a meeting at his house on Private Rd. 2551 June 6-9, at 11am-2 pm each day, and everyone who is concerned about changing this group, should be at that meeting. While I think Hawkins is a looney as can be, I also think Nancy Grace is nothing more than a mouthpiece that will over talk anyone that trys to make a point. Oh by the way we use to watch Nancy whenever she was on, but eventually she became something other than an open minded talk show host.

There is no way I could say it any better than those videos from you're own crew.

When Yisrayl started with this prophecy I knew it wasn't going to happen. Plus, I knew when it didn't happen then he would change his story (June 12th 2007)...then of course I knew that wasn't going to happen, so I was expecting him to extend his story again (of course we know he did).

It is a sad fact, but no one wants to believe that someone they trust and believe in has lied or deceived them. It is especially difficult for the members of the HOY to accept that the one they follow is now the person they thought/think he is.
Remember when we REALLY wanted to believe that there was a Santa Claus, even after we found out that he was just a fictional character of our childhood??? We still wanted to hold on to the belief...Well, that is what has happened to the members of the HOY....they are holding on. Some of them will progress to adulthood...but others will remain in their childish fantasy that YH holds all the TRUTH there is to know--who needs books, music or art? Who needs family, friendships, conviviality? Secular education???
That would expose one to filth and evil according to the teacher YH. Just listen to the words of YH. That is all one needs to know.

I understand why so many people stay. When you have given so many years of your life, it is hard to admit, you were wrong. I stayed for years after I started to think Yisrayl was not as righteous as the Elders and their wives proclaimed him to be. I held fast to the hope that he would repent of his sins like he expected us to do. When I finally knew that his "power and authority had gone to his head" and he was never going to "overcome" because he forgave himself and he didn't have too, I knew I wanted this life because even if living the way the HOY was teaching was forever, I couldn't remotely want to live a life like that.

I am not hiding behind a screen name. I was Shearyah Hawkins. I am glad to be Sherry Stearns again. I love the people in the HOY. I don't want to see any of them hurt. I don't think blanket accusations that are being made against the HOY members are any more right than the ones that are leveled against the "fall aways" in the sermons given by the HOY. Even though the people there give me scornful looks, I find it comforting in a strange way. I feel free to move on without guilt. I know some of the things they were told. It is funny to me. I didn't stop paying my tithe until I found out I was accused of it. I didn't start eating beef until I was accused of it...I didn't stop going to services until I was accused of it. Wow...I see a patern. :) You guys must be prophets.

Well, for all you people who know I moved on the Sabbath and are appalled, my first option for moving was during Passover, but we tried to not cause a scene...sadly, we didn't know 20/20 was here doing a special on the HOY the day we moved. During the move, the tongue broke on our trailer...while broken down on the side of the road, they interviewed my husband. That should be entertaining!
We actually hope it doesn't make it on air...but what can you do? :)

It took me 7 years to finally accept that the guys prophecies were never accurate...and that his people were miserable because he is miserable.

Yaaqov may be living in the past, I must agree with that. He remembers the really great times we once had here, before the Yisrayl got on this power trip, and started abusing his position as Overseer. I have seen hundreds of my friends, and members excommunicated for no reason, just because they questioned Pastor. Letthetruthcomeout, I believe you stated in an earlier post Yaaqov helped you as well. Is that true? You are saying "Glory" is all Yaaqov is wanting. Well, I can say, if Yahweh did not send him here, he would not be here. Everything is done because Yahweh Willed it, or it would not have been done. Yisrayl Hawkins established this group, and that too was Yahweh's Will, or it would not be here. Yaaqov is not his real name, and neither is skip. He just calls himself those names. I do not think many people know his real name.

I can tell you, Yaaqov is not posting “his own propaganda”; most of what I read on his website is FACT! If it were a lie, we would not be having the troubles inside the group, with all our leaders being arrested. The State of Texas Law Enforcement reacts to proven facts, not propaganda.

You both need to reconsider your stand against Yaaqov.

I just wonder what personal benefit one would want by fighting against the Devil. From what I read, that is what Yaaqov has been doing. Seems to me, loving others more than one's own self and life, is exceeding the righteousness of the pharisees and sagacees..I can't imagine any personal benefit, except to please the Heavenly Father, as usually when people stand up for righteousness and truth and defend the Fatherless/Oppressed/Widow, etc..they are hated by many,not much personal benefit in my opinion, to be hated for trying to do what is right. From what I have read on his website, he wanted people to stay in the group, who were waking up, so that they could try and help others in there too, to see the truth.

That is ALOT to ask of anybody, as it is difficult to fathom just how bad it has gotten in the hoy, when Yaaqov has been out so long, but it seems he was asking something, that he himself would do, as he certainly seems to care very much for the people there.

It is my take, that Yaaqov really believes that there COULD be peace in that place, if kind and true people were leading the group, rather than controlling, oppressive hypocrites. It seems he has alot of hope and faith in what once was a place of people working, studying and even working on writing the information in the hoy booklets there.

It could be possible, in an ideal, where one could go in and destroy the fake ark with bill on each side, and destroy all the Buffalo pics and Statues on the gate of the Buffalo, and the Buffalo money-all the pagan crap, it might be possible for that place to be renewed and given back to the people, and the Father and Messiah worshipped correctly.

I do not fault him for that dream and hope, though I do know it seems impossible at this time.

I also know that there WERE righteous, truly righteous men in Scriptures, who were great leaders, such as James the Just,etc..I do not think he was out for his own "glory", just trying to do the Father's will.

From what I understand, YH said on nancygrace, that he would put all the land in "hoy" name, "if you wanted me to". If he actually did that, maybe people who had/have property there, could actually stay and not have it given back to YH, I am not sure how it all works, as I am going to look into what a 501(c)3 legal corporation really means, because at this point, too many people have lost their feast trailers,food storage, and houses/land, and all the money they gave to hoy.

As far as Yaaqov, his website shows that his birth name is David Loren Adcock, but he changed it to Skip Stanley,naming himself after a family friend "skip", and "stanley" was his stepdad's name.

I also read that arn will not let him personally post on here, for whatever reason. Anyway, if anyone wants to see who he is, they can go to his website, seems it is all written there.

Fear does not come from the Heavenly Father, so if someone is fearing, then I guess they have not truly found peace, that is there for all of us, like you stated, the Spirit of Truth, and Set-apart Spirit of the Heavenly Father.

You are correct, it is not everyone's dream to see the hoy become what it was meant to be, as it is difficult to believe that things could change. How sad it is, however that so many are scattered and torn apart, people who once had the opportunity to share the hope they had for the future, an everlasting future.

From what I have read on various postings, you stated that he helped you personally, So why all the animosity? What brought us all to hoy to begin with? I have to speak up now. I spoke to a friend who knows a member very well, and he is so 'joyful' that the message is getting out to the world by using the national media. They are so brainwashed into thinking this is the purpose.

I think all xmembers deserve some respect, Xmember was a member of the hoy for 7 years as he stated, after messing with anyones mind that long, its just amazing your not even suicidal.. If he or any other member, refuses to follow another who wants to take over YH position.. I DONT BLAME THEM because I feel the same way!! Why would anyone want to stay there after all that crap!! Yuhateme, I like your take on Gilligans Island, but I think you have it wrong. The 44 is the deserted island and YH is the Skipper and Yedidiyah is Gilligan! Queen Judge P. (Pastors legal wife) is Ginger and Judge T. is MaryAnn...and Elder Y. is the professor while the rich couple is YH Clone Elder (C.P.) and his wife (J.P.). They have been shipwrecked for years, and can't find anyone to rescue them..as they really don't want rescuing...Yet.

4) You both do not understand what the word democracy means, go look it up!

That said, there proof of “the spiritual” that is completely lab testable. Study the work of Dr. David R. Hawkins (The fact that his last name is Hawkins is PURE coincidence. The phenomenon of coincidence does exist otherwise gambling wouldn't exist.)

I do wonder whether letthetruthcomeout or xmember actually lived in the town or abilene/eula/clyde, while they were members. From what I have read, neither of them did. I also wonder if they were living there,right on the grounds of the hoy, being told to salt everything they eat, and being given odd remedies by their husbands, from YH himself, and only getting sicker, but had NO CLUE as to why, if they would be glad there was a website out there that might give them the heads up on it, and help them. Instead, I see them attacking people, who they assume is so and so, but they have no proof, and then coming across that if people voice their opinions on here, that is somehow wrong, and not their right? Yet they both voice THEIR opinions. I wonder if either of these two people realize just how much praying for people makes a difference, and loving one another, and not judging others without just cause. I wonder where THEIR love is.

I myself, have absolutely no desire to run ANYBODY's life whatsover. I just see some helping the people who still LIVE at hoy, and are STILL SUFFERING...and I stand up for those people whose voices are ignored, and I acknowledge when others try shed light to the misconducts, misdeeds and lies at hoy, and by YH himself. And I also point out when I see people who are ungrateful and spew out mistruths and hatred toward truth, and toward those who have real Faith, and I would do that anywhere I see it, whoever it is that is posting. That is not about control, it is about TRUTH.

Have a peaceful life, in which "my control" is not in your equation of it, nor would I ever want control of it, or anybody elses' for that matter.
